Q: Why does my unit appear wet out of the box?
Every WYBOT S2 Solar undergoes underwater testing before packaging to ensure performance and waterproofing. Minor water stains are normal and indicate a quality-tested product.
Q: What if performance seems lower than expected?
Please ensure the firmware is updated via the WYBOT App. Connect the dock and robot to WiFi during charging to install the latest updates automatically (Dock: v2.2.20, Robot: v1.7.12).
Q: What’s the best setup for different cleaning needs?
For heavy debris or seasonal cleaning, charge using the DC adapter. For regular weekly maintenance, rely on solar charging and adjust schedules based on sunlight exposure.
Q: Where should I install the charging dock?

Order Confirmation

We pre-authorize your payment method and confirm stock availability with our suppliers. If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
