– Auction, clearance, or wholesale websites (e.g., eBay, Overstock) are excluded.
– Promotional or limited-time events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) do not qualify.
– Price adjustments exclude sales tax and are based on product price plus shipping.
– The Robot Direct reserves the right to decline requests that would result in a loss or violate manufacturer pricing policies.
Refund Method
Approved price adjustments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
