Q: How do I use the S2 Solar Vision?

Q: Why is the machine I received wet? Is this a used product?
Each unit is fully water-tested before packaging to ensure performance. It is normal for the product to arrive slightly damp or with water stains from testing.
Q: What should I do if the product is not performing as expected?
We recommend updating both the robot and dock firmware. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled in the WYBOT App and connected to the robot. During charging (with WiFi coverage), updates occur automatically. The process takes approximately 30 minutes.

Q: How should I use the robot in different cleaning scenarios?
For heavily soiled pools, use the AC adapter for charging to ensure sufficient energy. For routine maintenance, adjust cleaning frequency based on sunlight exposure at the dock. If sunlight is limited, schedule cleanings every two days or less frequently.
Q: What is the best installation location for the charging dock?

Q: After cleaning the filter, why doesn’t the robot return to the dock?
Air may enter the robot during filter cleaning, affecting its docking direction. Run the robot in Full Pool Mode for a short period to release trapped air bubbles, after which normal docking behavior will resume.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days using fully tracked courier services. Our delivery partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Processing times may vary depending on the brand or manufacturer.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that we have received your order. We pre-authorize your payment method and confirm stock availability with our suppliers. If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If the item is in stock, we will process the charge and prepare your order for shipment.

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these are built specifically to customer specifications. Your product warranty ensures you receive a fully functional and operational item.
Refunds and Returns
