No. The robot connects using 2.4 GHz only. Dual-band routers are compatible, but if your network is set to 5 GHz only, enable a 2.4 GHz signal for pairing.

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these are built specifically to customer specifications. Your product warranty ensures you receive a fully functional and operational item.
