Price Adjustment Policy
This is a discretionary price-adjustment program. It does not guarantee that The Robot Direct will match or beat every competitor price.
How it works: If you find a lower publicly listed online price for an identical product, contact us with a screenshot, invoice, or link to the competing offer. We will review the request and may offer an adjustment of up to $50 for products priced above $2,000.
Eligibility:
- The item must be identical in brand, model, configuration, and condition.
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer and show the item in stock.
- Auction, marketplace, clearance, wholesale, used, open-box, and refurbished offers are excluded.
- Limited-time promotional events and coupon-only offers may be excluded.
- Comparison is based on the product price plus required shipping charges, before sales tax.
- Requests that conflict with manufacturer pricing policies or would result in a loss may be declined.
Approved adjustments: Any approved adjustment is confirmed in writing. If issued as a refund, it is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
