We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the United States. Select products may be available for delivery to Canada if supported at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@therobotdirect.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.
