What is your return policy?

At The Robot Direct, orders may be canceled at no cost any time before they ship, excluding custom or made to order products. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, and items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 25 percent restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection and approval.
