The iSkim Ultra connects to 2.4 GHz WiFi only. Dual band routers that broadcast both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz are compatible. If your home network is set to 5 GHz only, contact your router provider or adjust your router settings to enable a 2.4 GHz network.

The Beatbot iSkim Ultra is suitable for various pool shapes and materials, including underground and above ground pools made of concrete, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic tiles, stainless steel, and more.
Q: Can iSkim Ultra work in a saltwater pool?
Yes. The iSkim Ultra is designed for use in saltwater pools. It uses corrosion resistant materials and processes and can be used safely in saltwater with a concentration not exceeding 5000 ppm and chlorine levels not higher than 4 ppm.
Q: Can iSkim Ultra work with an infinity pool?
Yes. iSkim Ultra can work in infinity pools. Because of the high water level and open edge, the robot may not perform full edge scanning and S shaped patterns. In these cases it relies on DeepSense mode to maintain effective surface cleaning.
Q: What substances does the filter basket remove?
The iSkim Ultra can capture hair, leaves, branches, flowers, grass, seeds, pollen, and other vegetation, as well as small insects or animals. The filter basket can trap debris as small as about 380 micrometers.
