Changing Your Address
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request an address change. Once shipped, we will do our best to assist, but additional courier fees for rerouting may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves the warehouse. You can reach us by phone, email, or website chat during business hours.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started, as these are built specifically to customer specifications. Your product warranty ensures you receive a fully functional and operational item.
Refunds and Returns
Customers may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Return eligibility varies by brand. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees, which are 25% of the product cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Damages
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. Report any visible damage within 24 hours by emailing photos of the packaging, product, and damage details to support@therobotdirect.com. Reports after 24 hours may not be eligible for a shipping damage claim.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Refer to the product page for specific details. Warranty coverage applies to defects from normal use and excludes damage from misuse or neglect.
Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly. Our support team will assist with resolutions in accordance with our refund and warranty policies. Chargebacks should only be filed if communication and standard resolution procedures have been exhausted.

When can I receive Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro?
Lawn Mower Pro Module is currently available for pre-order and the delivery is expected to start in late August. We are taking extra care to ensure each Yarbo Pro meets our rigorous quality standards before shipping. Existing products, including Yarbo Core, Snow Blower, and Blower, will be delivered within 3-8 business days.
How much area can the Mower Pro cover on a full charge? Why do both Yarbo Lawn Mower and Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro cover up to 6 acres?
Yarbo covers up to 0.43 acres on a full charge (from 100% to 0% battery). However, the recommended usage is between 80% to 20% battery, which is also the default charging setting. When operating between 80% and 20%, Yarbo covers about 0.25 acres per charge.
The mowing time for a charge from 80% to 20% is approximately 120 minutes, while the charging time from 20% to 80% is 90 minutes (please note that charging time may vary under low or high temperature conditions). In one day, Yarbo mows 7 cycles, each covering 0.25 acres, so it can cover up to 6 acres.
Both Yarbo Lawn Mower and Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro, using the same battery capacity, are designed to cover up to 6 acres.
What is the cutting height range of Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro? Why can it cut grass lower?
The cutting height range of Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro is adjustable from 0.8 to 4.0 inches (2-10 cm). The ability to cut grass lower is due to the mower's blades being able to press down further. As the grass root becomes denser and thicker, it requires a more powerful mower. With dual 300W motors, Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro is designed to handle this more demanding task with ease.
What are the upgrades on the cutting discs and blades?
Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro comes with two sets of blades. One set features dual cutting discs, each equipped with 5 razor blades. These discs are reinforced to enhance durability and prevent clogging. The other set consists of two straight blades made from SK85 high-carbon steel, offering greater durability, strength.
What types of grass can Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro handle?
Yarbo Lawn Mower Pro is capable of handling all-season grasses, with particular ease when dealing with warm-season grasses.
