Q: Why does water appear inside the product packaging?
Every unit undergoes underwater quality testing before shipment. Minor moisture or water traces indicate the unit passed testing and are completely normal.
Q: Why won’t the machine charge?
Ensure the device is powered off before charging. Wipe the charging port dry before connecting the charger to prevent corrosion or charging failure.
Q: Why can’t the machine climb smooth walls?
Charge the unit fully before first use. Dry the charging pins before each charge. For battery maintenance, recharge the cleaner every three months when not in use.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Tracking information is normally provided within 24 hours after the order ships. Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States.
