Q: Why is the unit slightly wet upon arrival?
Each unit is water-tested before packaging to ensure proper function. Some residual moisture or water stains are normal and confirm the unit passed quality inspection.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Tracking information is normally provided within 24 hours after the order ships. Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Any mandatory product-specific shipping or delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
