Freight delivery: This oversized product ships by freight within the contiguous United States. Delivery method, access requirements, and any mandatory freight charge are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Visible freight damage: Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier receipt. Note visible damage on the receipt and email photos of the packaging and product to support@therobotdirect.com within 24 hours of delivery. This deadline applies to freight-damage claims and does not replace applicable warranty rights.

Returns: Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Prior authorization is required. Return-freight costs and a 25% restocking fee apply as described in our policy.
