Tracking information is normally provided within 24 hours after the order ships. Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Returns: Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee apply as described in our policy. Please report visible shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.

All eligible Yarbo products purchased in the United States through The Robot Direct include a 2-Year Standard Limited Warranty. Customers who purchase directly from TheRobotDirect.com may also purchase an optional 3-Year Extended Warranty powered by AIG — offering up to 5 years of total coverage.

Warranty Start Date

Warranty coverage begins on the earlier of:

Activation Date	The activation date of the product via the Yarbo App, or
Delivery + 3 Days	Three (3) calendar days after delivery of the product to the customer’s U.S. shipping address.

Includes: Yarbo Core, First Module, Battery, Docking Station, and Accessory Kit.

For multi-module bundles, each module’s warranty begins independently — either from activation or three days post-delivery, whichever occurs first.

Must be selected at the time of checkout on TheRobotDirect.com — cannot be added retroactively.
Extends the total coverage period to five (5) years while maintaining the same scope as the standard 2-Year warranty.
Not available for purchases made through Amazon, Best Buy, TikTok Shop, or third-party marketplaces.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear (consumables such as blades, belts, scrapers, caster wheels, trimmer line, etc.).
Damage from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Damage from third-party accessories or non-Yarbo replacement parts.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (covered under the 30-day return policy).
Environmental or weather-related damage (including water ingress, heat, corrosion, or freezing).
Commercial, rental, or professional use — warranty applies only to residential use.
Damage from use outside the United States or without valid proof of purchase.
Tampered or altered serial numbers.

Additional Terms (U.S. Market)

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser in the United States.
Replacement parts or units do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
Customers may be responsible for two-way ground shipping to and from The Robot Direct’s U.S. service center.
The Robot Direct and Yarbo are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or service interruption.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and product serial number verification.

How does Yarbo navigate?

Supported Y Series configurations use RTK positioning together with vision, an IMU, and wheel odometry. Performance depends on setup, signal conditions, terrain, and configuration.

Can I add another Yarbo module later?

Compatible Y Series modules can expand an existing Core. Confirm model compatibility and required hardware before purchasing a module separately.
