Description
The CHASING M2 S Industrial Underwater ROV is a portable professional underwater drone for inspections, marine maintenance, aquaculture, research, and public-safety support. Eight thrusters provide multidirectional control, while the 4K camera, 12 MP still photography, electronic image stabilization, and dual 2,000-lumen lights deliver a clear working view down to a rated 100 m (328 ft).
Its replaceable battery and accessory expansion ports make the M2 S a practical step up from recreational underwater drones without moving into the larger M2 PRO platform.

The 100 m vehicle depth rating does not change between packages. Tether length determines surface reach and routing flexibility; it does not increase the ROV’s rated depth.
What’s Included
Every package includes the CHASING M2 S vehicle, remote controller, selected tether configuration, charging equipment, and standard connection accessories. Higher packages add deployment equipment and may include items such as a reel, spare motors, additional lighting, carrying protection, a grabber, or expanded battery capacity when specifically named in the selected package.

Compatibility & Add-ons
Compatible M2 S accessories may include grabbers, additional lighting, positioning, sonar, and other task-specific tools. Confirm the exact M2 S mounting and interface requirements before ordering. Accessories for M2 PRO or M2 PRO MAX are not automatically compatible.
Setup & Use
- Charge the controller and battery, then inspect seals, connectors, thrusters, and tether.
- Install only verified compatible tools and complete a surface function test.
- Plan depth, current, route, recovery, and a conservative battery reserve.
- Manage the tether continuously during operation.
- Rinse with fresh water after saltwater use, dry fully, and inspect before storage.

Ships new through established CHASING supply channels. Handling and delivery timing vary by package. The Robot Direct provides U.S.-based product-fit guidance and post-purchase support. Operators are responsible for safe-use procedures, training, permits, and local requirements.
