Q: How effective is solar charging?
With direct solar charging, about three full days of sunlight provide approximately 2.5 hours of runtime.
Q: Which mobile devices support the WYBOT App?
The app is compatible with iOS 17 or later and Android 8 or above.
Q: What pool size is recommended?
Pools up to about 15 meters in length. If water quality is poor, temporarily avoid using the ultra-fine secondary filter.
Q: How does the charging system work?
When the dock’s battery is above 70%, it charges the robot; when it drops below 50%, it pauses charging to preserve the dock’s power. With solar-only charging, activate Vision mode daily for best results.
Q: How often should I clean the debris box and filter?
Clean the debris box and bag weekly, and the internal filter basket every two weeks to avoid buildup and odors.
Q: Why did my machine arrive slightly wet?
Every unit is tested underwater before packaging, so slight dampness or water stains are completely normal.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Tracking information is normally provided within 24 hours after the order ships. Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Any mandatory product-specific shipping or delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Returns: Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee apply as described in our policy. Please report visible shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
