Q: What is the difference between Eco and Normal mode?
Eco Mode runs energy-efficient periodic sweeps; Normal Mode runs continuous 24/7 skimming.
Q: Does the Flex include a remote control?
No. The Flex operates in Auto or Eco mode and does not include a wireless remote. For remote control, see the Betta SE or SE Plus.
Q: Does it work in saltwater pools?
Yes. The twin SCT (Salt Chlorine Tolerant) motors are built for both saltwater and chlorine pools.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Tracking information is normally provided within 24 hours after the order ships. Standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Any mandatory product-specific shipping or delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
