Description

The Sunseeker X4 is a wire-free robotic lawn mower for lawns up to 0.3 acre. It maps and positions itself with a 360° 3D LiDAR fused with Vision AI (L-SLAM), so there is no boundary wire, no RTK base station and no antenna to install. It also does not depend on satellite signal, which helps in yards with trees and nearby buildings.

Rear-wheel drive with rear independent suspension and off-road wheels climbs slopes up to 45% (24°). The 7.9 in floating cutting disc uses 6 blades, and IPX6 water resistance means it can be hosed clean.

Setup & App Control

Place the charging station, power on the mower and let it map your lawn with LiDAR in the Sunseeker app. From the app you can set zones, no-go areas and schedules, and choose mowing angles. When the battery runs low the mower returns to charge, and it heads home when the rain sensor detects rain.

Free shipping on eligible U.S. orders. The X4 is covered by Sunseeker's manufacturer warranty. The Robot Direct provides U.S.-based product-fit guidance and post-purchase support, and helps you work with Sunseeker on any warranty claim.

FAQ

Do I need to lay a boundary wire?

No. You map the lawn in the Sunseeker app and set virtual boundaries, zones and no-go areas there.

Does it need an RTK base station or nRTK service?

No. The X4 positions itself with LiDAR and Vision AI, so there is no base station or antenna. A 4G anti-theft module is optional.

Should I choose the X4 or the X5 Gen 2?

The X4 is the simplest setup for lawns up to 0.3 acre. The X5 Gen 2 covers up to 0.5 acre, uses nRTK with VSLAM, adds 3WD for 60% slopes and includes a 4G module.
